Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your COINED jewelry. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and includes its packaging.

To start a return, just email us at info@coined.shop with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces may be non-refundable, which will always be clearly stated on the product page.
