COINED LLC (“COINED,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells handcrafted jewelry made from real coins. All items are made in the USA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“COINED,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to COINED LLC, the owner and operator of coined.shop.

“You” or “your” refers to any person accessing our website or purchasing from COINED.

“Products” or “items” means the jewelry and related goods we sell.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this site.

4. Product Information

Each piece is handcrafted and made from circulated or uncirculated coins. As a result, slight variations in appearance, tone, or markings may occur. These are not considered defects but unique characteristics of handmade items.

5. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through our checkout system. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders include free shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, though processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside our control.

All orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost, giving customers peace of mind that their purchase is protected in transit. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and COINED is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address submissions.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved by email before shipping. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will be refused and returned to sender. COINED is not responsible for shipping costs on unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Restocking Fees: Returns sent outside the 30-day window, or items not in original condition, may be refused or accepted with up to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

Note: Future custom or made-to-order items may be non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee, which will be clearly disclosed on the product page when applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of COINED LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
